I’m free!

I’ve handed in my dissertation, which means my MA is basically done (my dissertation’s not great, but it is done and that’s the main thing). I’ve done almost nothing but work the last couple of months but now, for the first time in a long time, I have free time.

There are so many things I want to do but have been delaying and so many more things that I thought I wanted to do but was actually just procrastinating. And now I can finally do the former without feeling stressed or guilty about not doing dissertation work! I can finish reading The Expanse, I can replay Skyward Sword and I can catch up on so many shows! I’ve also already started watching Batman: The Caped Crusader (I’d only seen the first episode and I’m happy to say it gets a lot better). I should probably interact with other humans as well.

It also means I can put some more effort and time into this site. I’m aware that it’s still quite amateur and recently most of my posts have been updates or excuses for not posting (including this post). When I have posted, it’s usually been a mini-post (and even getting those done was difficult to balance time-wise). I can’t remember the last time I wrote a fan theory. But now that I’ve got some free time, I can start doing proper posts again and generally work on improving the site.
